eBox firewall, by default, does NOT allow to make internal ssh connections.
To allow internal ssh connections:
- In the left menu click on Firewall and then on Packet filter.
- Get Configure default rules (You can also configure rules per object basis).
- In Services section select ssh with allow policy and click on add.
- Don't forget to save the changes (upper right button)
When all above is done, you should be able to make ssh connections.
