FTP module

These are the desired requirements to work with FTP module:

• Authentication using the LDAP server (integration with usersandgroups)
• Share the directories with Samba file sharing service (integration with File Sharing?)
• Anonymous connection to act as typical FTP server
• Support for FTPS (FTP over SSL) optional
• Resource limits using Quotas as Samba file sharing?

These requirements suggest to split the file sharing interface to share these features between Samba and FTP or even WebDAV protocols:

• Qoutas
• Local file subdirectories
